Notice of Copyright, Disclaimer and Hold Harmless Agreement

Torah Ministries in is no way associated with or in contract with the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, any STATE or any so called government agencies or corporations. Torah Ministries, all that we are and, all that we own are private property for private use.

 All sample instruments are for educational use only, and are explicitly under reserve and without recourse. Our private property is covered by a common law copyright for 100 years.  The viewer may, for his/her own personal use only, use our material as examples to aid him/her in his/her particular situation, but he/she may not copy and distribute our material to anyone without prior, written permission, nor can he/she receive economic gain from my material.

 
We are not attorney's, and at no time do we give legal advice.  We deny that we are using codes, rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances or legal material that is copyrighted, for the exclusive use by bar card attorneys, for our own personal gain or in any way to infringe on said copyrights.
